All payments need reference Kinyra Agency's Proforma Invoice number so that your account can be credited properly.

Complaints

In case within seven business days after delivery (two weeks for large projects) you find out that a report contains 2%+ errors and duly inform us, we will accept the problem, admit responsibility and apologize. Then act to speedily remedy the situation:

  • Perform amends - reparation to the required standards, or
  • Offer a full refund as we require no payment for any of our reports which may be less than 98% perfect, and
  • Finally, attend to your response.

Cancellations

Apart from smaller projects in Personal Web Assistants Services, if for any reason you want to cancel a project you ordered in Web Development, Website Content, Website Localization, and get a refund on the fee charged to your account, email us and we will review your request and process it against the Terms of Services of Kinyra Agency (and any additional contracts for large projects) as soon as possible. We may choose to cancel a project also and any unused balance will eventually be pending for a refund as well.

  • We will perform the agreed services with due care and skill.
  • The provided services and the materials will not infringe or violate any intellectual property rights or other right of any third party.
  • No payment will be required for any of our reports which may be less than 98% perfect.
